Celebrate Pi (π) Day by Putting Math in Motion
Recently, a Physical Education teacher in Albany County School District transformed a bowling activity into a hands-on STEM experience through A World In Motion’s Rolling Things Challenge.
Their size seven bowling balls quickly became vehicles for measuring distance, calculating angles, and working together to solve problems.
Your tax-deductible gift can support making math and science joyful all year long. It's easy as pi!

This Pi Day, Help Students Race Toward Discovery
AWIM meets students where they are, using hands-on challenges to help them see themselves as problem solvers and future innovators.
“Can we go again?!” asked. Their excitement showed how much they were enjoying learning together and gaining confidence through new skills.
With your support, classrooms get the tools they need to deliver these moments of discovery. Students begin to take pride in what they can do and who they might become.
This Pi Day, let’s celebrate what’s possible when students feel seen, supported, and inspired.
